- Regular communication with PREMIER LIVING HOMES to provide you regular updates.
- New Home Orientation prior to closing with the President of the Company.
- 90-day inspection after closing by the PREMIER LIVING HOMES Warranty Department.
- Optional drywall inspection 1-year after closing, upon written request.
- 2-year warranty on all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical).
- 10-year transferable structural warranty as defined in Homeowner’s Manual provided by Bonded Builder Warranty.
- Extensive manufacturers’ warranties on components and materials.
- Building Industry Association (BIA) member builder.
- Phone and email access to the President of the Company.
